mops are the easiest things to make.just make sure you havent used the nib before use or else it can mess up the nib.and if you plan on having dot3 in your inks,make sure you use it often b/c it will erode your nib.

is it a plauasable idea to use any sort of house paint with a thiner to fill a kiwi mop... im new to mops so im still a bit shaky on the subjuct :? and are there any substitutes for paint thiner as i have no money but my dads gargage has a ton of chemicals and shit!

i wouldnt recommend any kind of paint you got in your house. almost every basic bucket paint will do, but read carefully what it has in it, some paints are harder to thin than others, since they are made to resist wether changes, so you have to use a specific thinner etc. just try different combinations, and itll be fine. just stay away from acrylic paint
