practice makes perfect, but remember to use your hand steadily, and try out different caps, some caps offer superior line cotrol compared to others.

my opinion to this is; practice makes perfect. ofcourse its great you can get hook ups from a dvd, but again, that takes the fun out of it. i still remember the day when i realized that you can blend the colors instead of just painting solid color blocks. i also remember the day i learned how fast i have to use the hand with a fatcap when doing lines so that you dont get drips. i could go on for days, but ultimately the choice is yours

i know what you mean it is good when you learn stuff yourself but this dvd has some things which i wouldnt have figured out
i myself learnt all the stuff you just mentioned (its surprising how much you can learn inside an abandoned house with cheap paint :))

to the person asking the question
you wont get good quick but if you stick with graffiti, post lots of sketches, read my begginers thread and stuff you should get on the right track and start to get better good luck
