need assurance

i painted a two letter on some building a few nights ago. today on my way home from school i wanted to take a flick of it and as i do it some guy comes out and pins me to a wall. he says stuff like why you taking pictures of this? you did this didnt you and all of the sudden he is convinced i did. then he pulls out his blackberry and starts filming me and telling me to confess. he says he called the cops before he came out and hes gona show the video to them. now im tripping out. i never confessed and swore i dont even do graffiti but he didnt buy it. what should i do?
