How to meet graffiti writers in your city?

I know pretty much no other graffiti writers other then online.
And a few buddies who are learning from me.

So.. does anyone have tips on how to meet graff writers locally?
My city has about a quarter million people, so it's a fair size with a good amount of writers. But how do I get to actually find these people?
