Just pick your favourite letters and make words out of them. For example when I was starting out N O E N S were all my fav letters. I choose my word to be "Neon"

Nothing wrong with 2 people having the same name and if you came up with it by yourself, it's even a better reason to keep it.How about adding numbers to your existing name. You don't need to even rushing into a name, just do you own thing and in time something would come up.
