I would rather say that this 'GUY' aint real. Its a roBOT actually or some kind of an iritating not hurting virus, a program made to register and make comersialised random posts on forums. There is ways to get past this.
1. Some mod must be really really fast with the deleting progress and ban him. But thats an endless job.
2. Set up the register system so that a mod have to agree to the user to join. After he has joined and youve given him access to post he will get an email he have to get into and validate his membership so he cant use and make multiple accounts easy like shit. Lots of sites have this, its recomended to prevent bots.
