they have meanings to him, he is from latvia been here 2yrs there is a graffitipark here bene in all papers etc he goes there ill get some pics up soon and show u some of his real pieces,

RU15 is his name os Oscar RUmba and lives house 15
each to there own thats his style and how he likes to express hisself and i respect him for that, he likes hsi pieces and thats all that matters to him he is out everyday doing them to see eg he has a great spot in the town center between 2 roof tops is a gap u can see form the town front and he got a 10foot x10foot there
